Jason has over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare Information Technology market. Jason’s experience in the HIT market has been diverse from development to varying levels of management to co-founding CSA Associates, a MEDITECH services company. His experiences allow him to not only understand the details of the various client needs but how to build the business model to meet those needs. He continues to focus on the opportunity to build relationships with our Clients, Associates and within his local Community. Jason received a Bachelor of Science degree for Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY.

Kenny Hilpp has been involved in Healthcare for over 30 years.  Kenny started with Columbia Healthcare helping implement hospital-wide enterprise medical records (EMR’s). In late 1997, Kenny pursued independent/entrepreneur opportunities that led to becoming a partner of UCR Solutions, LLC, which was later aquired by First Consulting Group (FGC). Kenny was responsible for helping grow the practice as well as hire and manage the group.

In 2009 Kenny was a founding partner of Vision Consulting, LLC which was based out of Nashville, TN.   Kenny helped grow Vision to an 350 plus FTE organization.  Kenny’s services included:  implementation services, shared services, and optimization services for various EMR’s.  His primary roles were to help build and create business lines and assist with hiring and leading various consulting practices.

George has over 25 years of Healthcare business development and account management experience with over 10 years specific to the Healthcare Information Technology market. Prior to co – founding 3Cords Solutions, George has worked with several leading HIT companies where his responsibilities included project oversight, new business development and overall Client satisfaction. George has worked with many hospital Clients across the United States and enjoys the opportunity to build lasting relationships along the way.

George received a Bachelor of Science degree from Elmira College in Elmira, New York.
